During this online weekend course, we will learn how to move from feelings of fear to feelings of love. We will be using yogic anatomy of the chakras to understand fear and will learn how to transform this into self-love.
Throughout this course you will be guided into meditation techniques that can help you transform the lower form of fear energy into self-love and care; opening new doors for you to live your life with love while having the courage to enjoy life, which is your birthright.

The healthy love of oneself is a great religious value. The person who does not love himself will not be able to love anybody else, ever. The first ripple of love has to rise in your heart. If it has not risen for yourself it cannot rise for anybody else, because everybody else is farther away from you


What is Fear?

Fear is created by the mind which is protecting itself from certain situations including the past and childhood. Left unchecked, this habit can become so strong, it stops one from reaching their own heart.

It is because of fear that we become so stuck in our lower energy chakras and unable to see the capability of our hearts to be free and love.

In the yogic tradition, fear of the unknown rests in the lower chakras, while love resides in the heart chakra.

Chakras are different energy pools located in the center of the human body that line up with the spine. The first Chakra, the Root Chakra, is located lowest on the spine and stores our need for safety and security.

The second chakra is called the Sacral Chakra. This chakra houses our connection to creativity and passion. The third chakra, the Solar Plexus, is where our power and gut-feelings reside. The fourth chakra is our Heart Chakra, and this is where love happens.

Our journey during this weekend course will be focused on moving the energy stored in the Root Chakra towards the Heart Chakra; moving us away from fear-based living and towards a confident, open-hearted life!

  • Laptop with stable internet and access to Zoom
  • Quiet and comfortable sitting space, away from other people.
  • A place to lie down that is visible from your phone or computer camera
  • Mat, blanket, and/or cushions if you would like while laying down.
