There are different type of asana practice happening worldwide, this program will focus on the basic and intermediate Patanjali Hath yoga, and meditation techniques for relaxation and deepening your inner wisdom, to help you find balance in your body and mind.

Daily schedule

08:00 – 08:30 Pranayama
08:30 – 09:30 Hatha Yoga
16:00 – 17:30 Meditation / Yoga Nidra/Philosophy

The classes are design for beginners and experience Hatha yoga practitioner, group size is one to twelve students per class. Additionally, there is a wide range of beach activities you can take part in for an additional cost.
