Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique that promotes deep relaxation and helps you to connect with yourself on a deeper level. These monthly sessions offer different journeys. These sessions are transformative and differ slightly from traditional Yoga Nidra sessions. Each session offers a different inward journey and no two sessions are alike! These live sessions run approximately 45 minutes and are open to everyone. All you will need for the sessions is a quiet and comfortable space that can be viewed by your computer or phone camera. You may also want headphones, a mat, pillows, and/or a blanket.
If you would like to learn more about Yoga Nidra or are interested in offering sessions to others, you may be interested in joining our Transformative Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Course. This course combines both theory and practice and you will learn how to successfully offer Yoga Nidra sessions to groups and individuals once you have completed the course.
