Hold the posture until it feels uncomfortable, finally exhale and release.

The first step is laying your face down, placing the tips of your feet and your palms on the opposite side of the floor. Hold this pose for 30 seconds and release.

Lift your shoulders, legs, and gaze straight ahead and hold this for few breaths (4-5) and after releasing rest on your stomach.
