  • The person who is suffering from high blood pressure problems should also avoid Chakrasana.
  • One should not attempt this asana if one is too tired or has heart ailments. Furthermore, persons having fragile arms or wrists, hypertension, and those undergoing the different phases of pregnancy should also avoid attempting this exercise.
  • An individual suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome should make it a point to avoid this pose at any cost.
Things to keep in mind before attempting Chakrasana:
  • Always keep your face and shoulder in relaxed mode, and don’t ever put yourself at risk struggling to get the final position in an instant, or else you will end up hurting yourself a great deal.
