100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training - Curriculum Highlights

We welcome also beginners who knows nothing about yoga.

Hatha and Vinyasa sun salutation sequences are taught with detailed alignment and breathwork instructions. While they share some basic postures, there are significant differences between them. Understanding these differences will help you determine which one is better suited for you.

Pranayama means “breath control.” During this course, basic breathing techniques like Kapalbhati, Nadi Shodhana, and yogic breathing are practiced and taught in detail.

Yoga is a science. This course covers the details of yogic philosophy, with the eight limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras serving as the foundation. You’ll learn about the steps towards self-awareness in detail.

This 100-hour yoga teacher training program teaches you both active and guided meditation. Recognizing that people have different personalities, the course offers various meditation techniques, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your needs.

A variety of asanas (postures) are covered in this course, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Hatha yoga, the foundation of all asana practices, focuses on holding poses for 3-5 breaths with proper alignment. Vinyasa, a more active practice, synchronizes movement with breath in a flowing sequence.

This course teaches you the correct way to enter and exit poses to maximize the benefits. Proper alignment is crucial in yoga.

This 100-hour yoga teacher training course explores the yogic anatomy of nadis (energy channels) and chakras (energy centers). You’ll learn how they function, how they influence personality and mood, and how to connect with them to recharge.
